I used to visit Dunkin Donuts every morning, until I relocated and this store became my closest option. The coffee is not on par with typical DD quality whatsoever. I really wanted to enjoy this location, so I returned many times, hoping I was just catching them at a bad time. However, that was not the case. The coffee here is ALWAYS the same. It is ALWAYS too strong and entirely too bitter. I'll be finding another coffee shop to patronize, as because I will not be returning to this location.
Don't waste your time like I did this morning getting some doughnuts for my people at work. The doughnuts tasted like they were probably 2 days old and the service was terrible it was my first and last time stopping at that one next time I will leave earlier and go to Krispy Kreme
Worst experience me and Wife had in a long time. They are usually polite, punctual, food fresh. This time very unethical, very unprofessional, Orders incorrect. They also let people come back to where they are cooking, fda would have a field day. The people they are hiring are not fit for this career choice. Get rid the ghetto attitudes. Bring back the women that had morals and hospitality. Some of these employees are way out line, im going to complain to corporate. P.S. EMPLOYEES NEED TO WEAR GLOVES WHILE PREPARING FOOD OR COFFEE!!!! NASTY!!!
The donuts are mediocre, but the staff were patient, really friendly and helpful, so I gave 2 stars just for great service
