Service manager needs to be fired! Make an appointment, show up on time and told sorry we can't get your truck in for 3 or 4 days. Total bullshit. It's too bad there isn't a zero for the ratings.
Always a great experience. I'm very picky on who works on my truck. I've been doing business with them for almost a year now and don't plan on changing dealers now.
Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Got there from over an hour away to be told "too busy". Can't do the service today. I lost a day's profit for this appointment and will now lode another day to find someone else. Poor business practice. Will find new mechanic.
