I will not go back here again. It was very disappointing!
I took my daughter's hamburger to her so she could eat and was told my salad would be brought to me. About 3 minutes later my salad came but the chicken was burnt. The same guy was flustered again. I told him to take it back and refund my money. I was reimbursed for my salad and was offered other food which I refused. I was then offered a dessert which I took and gave to my daughter.
Very good hamburger. A build it your way bar that has it all. Quiet and multiple TVs. A really enjoyable meal.
Ordered my food around 8 pm food comes out look over it and its incorrect. Cashier takes it back to add my extras that i paid for simple mistake. I get to my hotel and began eating and to my surprise a very long strand of dark hair is embedded in my hamburger patty. I called very calmly spoke with Vienna who is the "manager" who apologized and tried to offer me a gift card to the establishment or a few cookies on my next visit and i politely declined. She then offered to return my funds which a week later i have yet to receive she to down my card info order number and telephone number and i have yet to receive a call. Whenever i call the store the phone just rings. This franchise has really disappointed me for the last time.
Service was slow
I proceeded to explain my situation. The guy at the counter was tounge tied and didn't know what to do. He finally looked at my ticket and told me the hamburger was ready but the chicken hadn't been cooked for my salad. Which if you know anything about cooking, it is absurd to have the hamburger done before the chicken. On top of that, my salad had been made immediately after ordering, minus the chicken of course, and sat there on the counter the entire time I was waiting.
Food temperature wise felt like they plated the fries then waited fifteen minutes to plate the burger
Everyone else waiting was annoyed at speed of service.
Order was wrong
I had to wait in line for more than 10 minutes to place my order. There was only one cashier taking orders. I placed an order for a hamburger combo and a a grilled chicken salad. After 15 minutes of waiting, and everyone that was in front of me getting their food within minutes of ordering, I went to the counter where I was ignored but finally asked what I needed.
