I leased a unit at the facility for a few months while I was in the process of moving. The manager Gennie Bennett was very helpful with all my needs, and she was a wonderful to deal with. If you need a storage facility give this place a call you will not be let down.
Our Experience with CubeSmart was wonderful. I needed short term space in order to do some repairs in my Garage. I meet with Genie Bennett and the service I received was outstanding. The access to my space was great. I was able to back my Pop Up Tent Trailer right in the space and all other items from my garage fit right beside it. The whole complex is VERY clean and easy access with great hours of operation. I had planned on staying only one month and they were running a 1st month free program. I would recommend this location for any long or short term storage. Rick L.

Just leased 2 of the larger units at this Duncan location and Nick Anderson was very pleasant and helpful. However, when I came back during the week to actually place my classic vehicle in the unit, we were rudely approached by Genie Bennett "The General Manager". She made crazy accusations against us and then proceeded to tell us that we only had 30 minutes to get the vehicle inside the unit or "There will be legal actions". She continued this for approximately 5 more minutes. (Now we only have 25 minutes left...lol)
